Does Avantsigna indemnify its clients for potential damages or liability?
Each Consultant at Avantsigna has an insurance policy in place covering at least €1.000.000 Euros for professional liability. No damages will arise but in its case yes, our clients would be covered for any liability arising from the performance of our services.
What type of projects or contracts can Avantsigna help with?
We are specialized in business agreements in the pharmaceutical industry and in the medical devices field. We also are skilled in negotiating tech contracts and other services agreements. Our team has experience with all type of contracts from clinical trial contracts to distribution agreements to commercialize medicines using a partner, as well as with licensing agreements, joint venture agreements, clean team agreements shareholder agreements, funding agreements, agreements to engage HCPs, Quality agreements, R&D collaboration agreemetns, Master services agreements, consultancy agmts, Ad. How does Avantsigna handle confidential information? What about equipment used?
For projects that extend three months or more the best approach is for Avantsigna to temporarily use a laptop property of the client, with access to the internal channels that the rest of the team uses in their day-to-day business. Avantsigna prefers to work not as a traditional external law firm but to blend into the team to streamline workflows and optimize the management of all business contracts. Access to the internal tools and drive allows us to understand the client’s working methodology and documental organization to identify and solve inefficiencies and complete paralegal work. It also alows for much closer cooperation with the relevant stakeholders from either procurement, medical or marketing departments, which results in contract provisions that reflect the business needs more accurately and more communication creates a better service.
In shorter projects, or in case the work is a low number of contracts per month, Avantsigna guarantees complete confidentiality concerning the matters of its clients and carefully processes information in a way that is safe for the client using its own equipment.
